Where do I find my security key?

In your gateway portal under security keys, generated against an API user you create for the store. Full detail in gateway credentials.

Why are the card fields blank?

Almost always HTTPS missing on the checkout, or an optimisation plugin deferring the gateway script. See troubleshooting.

How do I test a subscription renewal?

Create a subscription in sandbox, then use Process renewal on the subscription screen. Covered in subscriptions.
