Subscription renewals

Scheduled payments charge the stored vault token, soft declines follow the retry schedule, and subscribers update their own card from My Account.

Level II and Level III data

Line item detail, tax and freight sent with the sale, which can drop commercial cards into a lower interchange tier.

Multiple merchant IDs

Route transactions to different accounts by currency, cart total, product category or customer role, with refunds following the original MID.

Enterprise or Agency?

Agency is for running many client stores: licences you can move between domains and an onboarding call. Enterprise is for one business with harder billing needs: subscription renewals, Level III interchange data and multiple merchant IDs.

Do I still need WooCommerce Subscriptions?

Yes, for now. Enterprise integrates with it rather than replacing it. Native gateway recurring is on the roadmap for simpler plans.

How much does Level III actually save?

Roughly one percent on qualifying commercial card volume, and nothing on consumer cards. It also depends on your pricing model, so confirm with your processor before assuming a return.

Can I upgrade from Pro or Agency?

Yes, and you only pay the difference for the remainder of your term.
