What the plugin sends us
The plugin does not transmit your orders, customers or card data to us. Payment requests go directly from your server to your gateway. The only data sent to us is licence activation: your licence key, your site domain and the plugin version, so that activations can be counted and updates delivered.
What the website collects
- Account data when you buy: name, email, billing address and company details where given
- Payment data handled by our own payment provider. We store the last four digits and the provider reference, never a full card number
- Support correspondence, including any log extracts you send us
- Basic analytics about page visits, without profiling individuals
Legal bases
Performing our contract with you for account and licence data, legitimate interest for security logging and aggregate analytics, and consent for marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Account and invoice records are kept for the period required by the applicable tax law. Support tickets are kept for two years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.
Sharing
With our payment provider, our email provider and our hosting provider, each under a data processing agreement. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction and objection. Write to support@nibwp.com and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory data protection authority.
