1. Who we are
The plugin and this website are operated by the team behind NMI for WooCommerce, reachable at support@nibwp.com. In these terms, we and us mean that team, and you means the person or organisation buying or using the plugin.
2. What you are buying
A licence to use the plugin on the number of production domains stated in your plan, together with updates and support for the period stated at purchase. You are not buying the software itself, and ownership of the code does not transfer.
3. Licence scope
A licence covers one production domain per slot. Staging, local and development installations do not consume a slot. Subdomains of a licensed domain are covered. Licences may be moved between domains at any time from your account dashboard.
4. Payment and renewal
Annual licences renew automatically on the anniversary of purchase unless cancelled beforehand. Lifetime licences are a single payment with no renewal. Prices are exclusive of VAT, which is added where it applies.
5. Expiry
When an annual licence expires the plugin continues to process payments. Updates and priority support stop until the licence is renewed.
6. Acceptable use
You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the plugin without a written agreement. The free version is distributed under the GPL and its terms govern that version.
7. Liability
The plugin transmits payment instructions to your gateway using your own credentials. We are not a payment processor, we do not hold funds, and we are not party to your merchant agreement. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in the preceding twelve months, except where the law does not allow that limit.
8. Compliance
You remain responsible for your own PCI obligations, tax treatment, consumer law compliance and any surcharge or disclosure rules that apply where you sell.
9. Termination
We may terminate a licence for a serious breach of these terms, with a refund of any unused portion. You may cancel at any time, with refunds governed by the refund policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of our place of business, except where mandatory consumer law in your own country gives you different rights.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email to licence holders at least thirty days before they take effect.
